By entering your artwork to our exhibition you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Your artwork is your intellectual property and is an original artwork that is not copied, reproduced or reprinted.
2. Your artwork will be available for sale to public buyers who attend the exhibition. You may set your own price.
3. You agree that the Exhibition organiser may charge 25% Commission+VAT (on the commission element) of any artwork sold.
4. If selected you will arrange for your work to be couriered or delivered, at your expense, to exhibition venue during the hand-in period.
5. You will pay a hanging fee of £10 per picture or piece at the hand-in.
6. The artwork should be properly framed and strung or with mirror plates to enable it to be easily hung for display.
7. You agree for images of your work to be used for our promotional purposes either in print in catalogues, posters and leaflets and online on the exhibition website pages.
8. You will make your own arrangement for collection of your artwork, if unsold, at the end of the exhibition during the hand-back period.
